Tanya's (MsT) Goals

PHYSICAL:
OK - right now the closest thing I have to looking like her (picture left) is the length of hair, but if I don't have something to work toward I may as well stop working, right?



Physical Step 1 - Perfect the war paint and purchase wrist bands






FITNESS:
Something probably more attainable is the fitness level, which I aim to improve by 4.16% of starting level each week, giving a total improvement of 50% come April. (Smaller chunks = Smaller bumps).



Fitness Step 1 - Get the fitness level assessment done
