Tibbs Goals

Physical

I would like to loose 10kg by end of the 12 weeks (part of the overall goal for my trip to Thailand in October)...Weeeeeee cant wait .....(motivation = wear bather without sarong!!!)

Fitness

I would like to be able to: -

do 20 sit-ups/crunches without stopping (to cry and recover)
increase the strength level and duration when working on the machines (bycicle, stepper & eliptical)
