Physical:
To fit into those size 38 woolies jeans in my cupboard.
Fitness:
Plank (on feet) for 1 min, and to improve general fitness (waiting for fitness assessment to see what would be reasonable to expect i.t.o. improvement).
Okay - now that that is out there it suddenly makes it all very real.
